I would like to say thanks to all in MOVR for the welcome they gave me at Butler Speedway and for not giving up on me to get my car to the track. My wife and I had a great time and plan to race as much as we can in the future. Thanks again guys for a great time. Jim "Grandpa" Cox

I have a vintage race car I would like to sell. I think you guys would love this car. You have a for sale section, but no way to post a classified and send a picture. Help me out here. I am from the same track that your 1940 Pontiac came from. My car is a 72 maverick body on a 54 Ford convertible chassis, with a worked 6cyl. chevy. Ford top loader 4 speed , Ford 9inch rear. I also have a project car. 1940 ford coupe, Canadian stock car products chassis , with a Camaro front clip, ford 9inch rear, Rooling chassis, sandblasted and primed. body off. I have picture before I took it apart to start this project. Both thesse cars would fit right in with what you guy's are all about. I also have, but is not for sale. A vega bodied figure 8 car, That belonged to the father of our driver (track champion) Roger Maynor. Roger's dad Ernie (the wrench) Maynor died at Islip speedway in this1984 in this car. I restored this car, and we use each year as the pase car for the Ernie Maynor memorial race. I would love to share some pictures with you.
